In the search for purpose and meaning in creating Stellae Consulting, we wanted to create a company that was more than just putting money at the bottom line. It was not until we really shifted our thinking from how to make money, to how can we help and connect to our customers and the community at the same time, could we form our companies foundation. That foundation we have created is for every customer we work with we will give back part of our profits to local community based charities. We want to make a difference to our customers and the community so we keep our team small and agile so we are able to do this.
